Bugfixes

Hotfix
- Added Shamrock Leaf to itempool

- Encharmed Penny now will not be able to charm some enemies. A limit on the number of enchanted enemies has also been added for this item.
- Fixed a bug where the character could not cause damage to Grilly and Joker when he had explosive artifacts.
- Lil Bony's called up from Jester and Joker now throw small bones.
- Small blood tears from Bloodmind spit now have different sizes.
- Flies and some familiars no longer attack a Fat Host when he is in a closed state.
- The distance between the character and the Reaper was increased when he teleported.
- Grilly now deals contact damage.
- Two devil rooms from mod no longer give away items for free.
- Rooms from the mod will now appear less often (again).

Hotfix.
