Reworked submarine based on suggestions.

1. Removed bottom docking hatch and redesigned ballast
2. Reworked electrical grid system to remove paralleled junction boxes to prevent overloading
3. Simplified the battery backup
3. Converted extra engine into new personnel airlock
4. Moved diving supplies to new airlock
5. Old diving supplies location now considered cargo storage with additional lockers
6. Reworked docking hatch manual override
7. Adjusted lighting

Wiring is hard, outer hatches should now actually be manually controlable. Drain pump for the lower airlock passage added.
