- The code has been completely rewritten.
- Updated design.
- Overhaul configuration system: languages, buttons, convars.

- Now displays the 1% Low, the framerate below which the lowest 1% of frames fall.
This gives a better idea of performance stability, especially during micro-stutters or FPS drops.
The system that displayed performance gains has been removed. It lacked accuracy, wasn’t permissive enough, and gave too vague an idea of actual performance.

- Compatible with the game being paused.

- For the options panel, saving is now required if you modify the Optimization section (this is not needed for the other sections).

- Regarding the "Apply to Startup" button, to prevent any risk of crashing, the settings will only be applied automatically after a 5 minute delay. A confirmation message will appear in your chatbox.

- To create your own language, simply copy an existing language file from the ipr_fps_booster_language folder, rename it according to your language (e.g., ru.lua), and translate its content.
Then, place the file in a custom folder inside your addons directory. Recommended structure:
addons/mylanguage/ipr_fps_booster_language/ru.lua
The folder name mylanguage is up to you, feel free to name it however you like.

- You can also generate your own convars and buttons.

Completely rewriting the code took quite a bit of time. I spent a lot of thought on the structure, overall organization, and possible improvements, with the goal of offering something cleaner, more stable, and above all, more enjoyable for the community to use.

The interface has been redesigned, and I’ve added better language support to make community contributions easier.
