Whoops, corrected a file that caused the game to crash on loading a save

*Tweaked the requirements a bit, ACE is no longer required. This (along with other changes) SHOULD make it easier to obtain. Geomancer and Engineer still required.
*Chest has been downgraded to "only" 100k items to better reflect the easier crafting requirements
*Fixed placement, so it now lines up properly on blocks
