Added a 2 AD bookmark "Era of Empires"
- Added an event that triggers in a few days after starting in any start date between 2 and 58 AD that removes terra incognita from a sizeable chunk of provinces surrounding every country in the world

- Fixed some bugs with bookmark effects
- Changed the recommended countries for the Mongol Civil War (1260) start date, since ET now has the Blue and White Hordes as separate tags instead of the Golden Horde.

Made some changes to guarantee Napoleon appearing in 1815 bookmark.
Also added two new interesting starts:
- The Emperor and the Empress (800, after Charlemagne is made HREmperor, Irene of Athens is Byzantine Empress)
- The Fulani War (1805 rise of Sokoto Caliphate)

Updated to current version of EU4 and to prevent crashes with current version of ET.
