2020 XGL update:
- Move Civilian livery to #3 spot and rename to Neon Nights.
- Standardise Stealth and Clean livery tints.
- Standardise frontend model scaling to x11.
- Standardise default survival livery to Clean.
Ship specific:
- Reduce speed values. (Its speed was WAY too high for fairness.)
