Logan / Wolverine doesn't have anymore Medic / Lockpicking race bonus.
Added negative bonus to any skill that is not physical.

Lowered the chance you can obtain Adamantium Robotic Limbs from safe chests in the Artifact Location. You can still pick up the robotic limbs worn by Stormclaw if you defeat him with 100% chance.

*Tweaked Logan stats so his lockpicking is 1, this way there is no way he can escape on his own.
*Tweaked some recruitment dialogs for Logan, to give the user more chances to recruit him.
