Reduced overall size to make it less imposing and less chance of it getting in the way when trying to click on buildings. Tweaked upgrades, same totals but spread more evenly and less confusing

Upgrade icons reverted back to in game icons, custom ones didn't seem to work correctly

Initial release, proof of concept.
Building icons have been fixed after update, upgrade icons don't appear but the upgrades do work (fix doesn't seem to work)
