Added another artyllery support, working properly, callsign Mafia 2. Added ambient vehicles.

Added custom radio names to player group, CAS and heli transport support. Added a radio message when the CAS is in the area, syncronized with the music(Ride of the Valkyries). Added some campfires that may help to find enemy positions. Some minor fixes and adds.
