The previous update was meant to include some new Russian translation keys that were submitted by LeonusDH. Just noticed they weren't in the upload.

v1.4.1
This is technical update with 2 changes:
- The harmony patch was converted to a transpiler to better utilize vanilla lookups, reducing performance overhead.
- It fixes a vanilla bug when god mode building mode is used alongside of regular building mode (as in, the bug would also happen in pure vanilla rimworld too). Specifically, if you godmode-place a power transmitter building (like a battery) on top of a conduit blueprint.

- Fixed the issue where if you placed a building on top of an underground power conduit, duplicate power grids would appear in the same tile.
- Optimized the textures. This mod uses 95% less memory now.

Raiders no longer target (cannot see) underground cables. Random explosions may still sometimes get 'em though.

Whoops, it slipped my mind that underwater conduits were 10x more costly. So the previous update was unbalanced. I have instead added a new underground waterproof conduit which is more balanced.
