Humvee Update 2.0!

Fixed
- Doors not being able to attach/detatch
- Opening Doors from a distance
- Glare on windows
- Areas of the interior where textures broke
- Gear ratio when switching gears (Attempt)
- Wheels clipping into the ground (Attempt)
- Inventory space back to 750

Added
- New descriptions of humvee items
- Attachments (work in progress) currently just for looks
- Car horn mod Support
- Interior and exterior textures (contribution of sw33tlife)
- Sounds of the humvee to custom sounds (contribution of sw33tlife)

- Fixed wheel positioning (texturing is a bit off so the middle of the wheel looks as if its not centered)
