Fixed a bug where the Avali Raiders would have no leader, and therefore could not be contacted by the comms console. This bugfix only works on new saves though, but if you're too far in, you can do some save editing to force the leader to spawn. -Revamped Avali raids, now melee should be way more prevalent in raids, along with less usage of sniper rifles and rocket launchers.
-Significantly reduced the effect of Guardian Nanites, as they basically made avali immune to all illness.
-Cybernetic Head and Torso got a pain threshold buff, to make them more worthwhile.
-Added optional compatibility with Elite Bionics Framework
-Fixed a bug where avali would still get 2x moodlets from being hot.
-Other minor changes (I forgot, so probably not important ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

-Gave all ranged weapons armor penetration values. (Before only the Sniper Rifle had it)
-Fixed all the suits carrying capacity, Exosuit now gives +30 and all the highest tech suits give +15.
