Various fixes to the map

- Added more hills
- Added more player spawn points

- Removed floating wheels, chairs and steering wheels

- Reduced lag (less trees but still a lot)


I have finished my next map, a sequel to this one. The map consists of 6 towns + 1 large city. 1 military base. 1 airport, 3 farms, 2 military outposts, 1 prison and a few camps.
