Changed some trinkets that felt underpowered:

-Principle: Heart
* Now when the hero is hit: Shuffle (120%)
* Now when the hero is hit: +33% Heal recieved

-Principle: Grail
* Scouting change now -10% (Was -15% before)

-Principle: Forge
* On Attack: -1% MAX HP (Quest long) (66&) (Always triggered before)

-Principle: Lantern
* +25% Torch Burn rate ( Was 30% before)

-Principle: Edge
* On Attack Hit: +3 Crit ( Was 2% before)

-Principle: Knock
* -10% MAX HP ( Was -15% before)

Added new Level 2 and Level 4 enemy mashes, they should work now with the Lvl2&Lvl4 Quests Mod.
