Instead of removing unused leather defs, they are now converted into dormant, dummy defs not used or seen anywhere. This should help solve some edge cases where other mods are running their patches after this mod's.

The big patch rewrite
- Most of the patching has been rewritten to be modernized, removing overhead on game load.
- The new patches should be much more compatible with larger mod lists as far the handling of removed leather defs. It now handles the following: recipes (either defined as a RecipeDef or within the ThingDef), scenario starting items, and faction apparel filters. Before, the handling of these things was done manually per-mod. The new system is universal, so all the manual patches have been removed.
- Updated the thumbnail.
