- Updated deposits and static modifiers that add districts to the renamed <district_type>_max_add.

- Fixed an issue with civics Sith Emperor, Galactic Emperor, Eternal Throne that had missing ruler traits at the start of the game.

- The ruler traits Sith Emperor, Galactic Emperor, and Eternal Throne will now possess the immortal trait. Removed the added Chosen One trait for the Psionic ruler trait at the start of the game for these civics.

- Updated special deposits on Coruscant to prevent resource deficits from occurring at the start of the game.

- Added an Ancient Sith-themed city set.
