- Kessel is the misshaped spice mining planet from the Legends continuity with a planet bonus towards mining.
- The Maw Installation (custom habitat) is also included with a strong modifier towards research speed.

- Added Mustafar as a starting system (during the time of the Galactic Empire).
- The planet Mustafar was also added to both the CIS and Skako system initializers as a neighbor system.
- New planet modifiers for Mustafar.
- New building: "Fortress Vader" - Darth Vader's personal stronghold on Mustafar.

-New Portrait: Sith Trooper added to the First Order (subject to change based on the events of the episode IX)

Civic Changes:
- The Galactic Emperor civic's influence bonus has been reduced to 1 from 2.

System Initializer Changes:
- Due to an issue regarding disappearing habitats, all habitats have been removed from all system starts that have them (with the exeption of the Star Forge).
- Coruscant's planet size across all system starts has been reduced in size to 20 from 30.

New Update:
- New System Starts: Kamino and Taris system.
- New planets: Rishi, Rishi's moon, Rothana, Ukio, Taris and Sernpidal.
- New planet modifiers for each system.
- Misc bug fixes regarding deposit blockers for planets.

Changes to existing system starts:
- Clone Wars Republic Coruscant initializer now includes the Rothana system.
- Revan's Sith Empire Lehon initializer now includes Sernpidal along with Lehon and Korriban.
