Allowed for the Geisha to be recruited from the Criminal Syndicate. Will increase frequency and availability of player and AI alike.

Update going out:
Buffed Geisha a bit. Lowered armor, Increased melee defence significantly

Reason = To make up for lower armor which makes them more tanky in melee, I've buffed their melee defence high enough to make up for the armor drop.

After all. Geisha wear dresses, not armor. But that doesn't mean they can't fight :)
Furthermore. I've made them cheaper to recruit. Since they aren't elite you guys should recruit as many as you want and have fun.

Added geisha fans for weapons --- replacing Katana

Added new pictures of them in combat.

Update prior to launch: Added a cool banner / umbrella since Geisha used those.
