Missed a few drifter spawn changes, should all be reverted now.

Split Backpack and Race changes into seperate mods.

Added some better loot/higher drop chances in tougher zones.

Made a custom giant smoke trail to mark the world locations. Probably a bit too obvious for now, but it gets the job done. Just scan the horizon on occasion. (At night look for lights)
