- Modded Boss Rush and Modded Elite Rush
- Similar to Boss Rush and Elite Rush but use modded bosses / elites. Map structure is still the same as Boss / Elite Rush (same number of enemies, etc.) If there are too many modded bosses / elites for an act, it will restrict it to 3 (or 1 for act 4). Similarly, if there are not enough enemies for an act, it will fill in the remaining fights with base game bosses / elites
- Added Difficulty options to Custom Mode so Challenge Runs can be run from Custom Mode (eg. for custom seed)
