Updated Белус-21 (Belus-21).

Coupling connectors updated. They now both (electrical and mechanical) indicate for microprocessors for actions to be made, not just mechanical connectors privilegy anymore.

Electrical "resting state" couplers removed since electromagnetic interference still not fixed yet

Finally had figured out the issue with coolant. Well, it's too late to revert back now :D
Engine is now running up to 100 rps. Clutch lever removed. Engineer seat is now automatically deployed.
