1) Added new mod thumbnail.
2) Added addtional config entries, courtesy of Kinsect:
- Config entries for cross-tier arm customizations. To enable this feature, edit the XComContent.ini file by commenting out the existing entries and uncommenting the new ones provided.
- Config entries for the MEC Suits from LordAbizi's Meld Plugin: MEC Suits mod.

Implemented Highlander's localization feature, the Add Part Names mod will not be needed with the Highlander installed.
