Mod updated to 1.1
Tweaks to speed and turn acceleration for all classes to increase differences between them. Classes are split between three turn rate bands and three speed rate bands.

Turn Rate:
0-3 seconds to max turn rate
3-5 seconds to max turn rate
5-7 seconds to max turn rate

Speed Bands (larger range = more improvement from engine upgrades):
0-1 Base/Best range
1-1.5 Base/Best range
1.5-2 Base/Best range


Angular Acceleration Changes:

Bomb Kech: 1.5 -> 1.091
Frigate: 2.5 -> 2.8
Destroyer: 2 -> 1.375
Ironclad: 1 -> .667
Cruiser: .45 -> .467
Gunship: No Change
Battleship: .25 -> .256
Battlecruiser: .25 -> .284
Titan: No Change
Dreadnought:.04 ->.038

Base Drive Speed Changes:

Bomb Kech: 1 -> 1.5
Frigate: 2 -> 2.75
Destroyer: No Change
Ironclad: 2 -> 2.5
Cruiser: No Change
