added interior to malnnourished bar

Fixed bar in malnourished override

Unlocked doors to armory and general storage at a players request. you can enter but you are not allowed inside. the armory can be accessed if you are allied wioth United cities.

Added new genral store with 50k wallet and more variety of goods. should fix lack of trade goods problem.

Removed custom trade shop and replaced with vanilla one to make it compatible with other mods that edit the vanilla trader such as shops have more money, shops have more items and backpacks expanded. i could not force where the shop would be as if i customize it at all it will not work with the mods so the trader shop did move inside the city. hope this is okay. import likely needed to take efect.
