New unit by FunnyFruit! Type 92 Infantry Support Gun added to Divine Wind and Holdout Strategies.
Type 4 Rockets moved to Prototype Weapons from Divine Wind.
Tenacious Defense removed from Holdout Strategy.
Ka-2 Autogyro Recon removed.

Critical Repair Team size to 3 from 2. 1.175 RA from .98. Repair speed to 3 hp/s from 4: total repair speed is 9, from 8.

Fire Support Type 3 Grenade range decreased to 15 from 20. Vet 3 restores it to 20.

Banzai Charge penalties now apply to the charging squad as well as enemy infantry/team weapons. This means that Banzai Charges can no longer be used to win 1-on-1 engagements with other squads.
Reload penalty increased to 1.375x from 1.25. 1.25x cooldown penalty removed. Burst duration penalty of .75x added.
The Gyokusai Squad’s AT Weapon, the Type 99 Mine, does not reload and has perfect accuracy, so it is not affected by the penalties.
Cost for Hohei and Kōhei Banzai Charge to 20mu from 25. Weapon team banzai charge cost to 15 from 20.
Gyokusai and Weapon Team Banzai now increase target priority by 1.5, like hohei version.
Critical Repair Teams and Final Assault Squads can now banzai charge during For the Emperor.

FBC Vet reqs to 480/960/1680 from 560/1120/1680, due to their recent weapon nerfs.
Coordinated Strike Zone radius reverted to 25 from 30.
Landing Force Commander Officer RA to .8 from .732.

Ho-Ni I Population to 8 from 9.

Type 97 Mortar barrage updated to match USF mortar’s: less scatter, slower reload.
AoE of autofire and barrage lowered to match USF mortar.
Vet 3 pivot_end_time to 1s from 2. 1.25 by default.

Chi-Ha Kai scatter to 7 from 6.
Ke-Nu scatter to 7 from 6.
Chi-Nu scatter to 6 from 7.5.
Type 1 AT Gun scatter to 4 from 3.5. Accuracy lowered to the standard .06/.05/.04 from .07/.06/.05.
Strike Mode accuracy to .05/.0375/.025 from .045/.035/.025. Now matches accuracy of Chi-Ha Kai.
Type 90 scatter to 6 from 7.5.
Ho-Ni weapon tracking standardized to 20. Was 25 for autofire and barrage, 15 for direct fire.
Ho-Ni barrage range distances removed. This will improve accuracy, especially at maximum range.
Ka-So coaxial MG damage to 6 from 8. Minimum burst duration to 2 from 1.75.

Field Infirmary healing radius to 25 from 20, matching reinforce distance. UI radius added.
Type 94 Mountain Gun minimap icon scale to .75 from .6, matching Bofors and Mortar Pit.

Type 4 Rocket Barrage: the Type 4 Rocket was not historically used as a massed-fire weapon like other rocket artillery. Its role is being pushed further toward area denial and anti-emplacement from wide-area burst damage.
2nd barrage to 4 rockets from 6, 3rd barrage of 4 added.
Delay to 5s from 8 for first barrage, to 6s from 5 for the second.
Radius reverted to 12.5 from 15. UI Radius reverted to 12.5 from 17.5.
Smoke warning to 7s from 12.
Recharge to 100s from 90.
Using rocket_nebelwerfer animator.

Concealment Network to 5cp from 3.

Senninbari improved: fire rate penalty removed, type 14 pistol removed, no longer takes up weapon slot. Provides .9x received damage, from .925x received accuracy. Reduces Banzai charge cost to 15 from 20.
Senninbari added to Strike Officer. Also adds a squad member.

Kōhei Repair before Breakthrough Tuning was not applying to vehicles. This was fixed, “validate all sub actions false”
Kōhei Repair with Breakthrough Tuning was not receiving its bonus for repairing structures.

The Secret Strategy is now available to be selected in Joint Operations.
Mod Thanks and Credits now appear in Joint Operations.
Hiroko changes, as suggested by FunnyFruit:
Now fires on the move. Moving modifiers match the standard Type 11, about 20% of standing DPS.
Conversely, explosive rounds can no longer be fired on the move.
Penetration to 30 from 20. 90 maximum, from 60.
Incremental target multiplier added: 1.15x, like most machine guns. Increases dps vs grouped infantry.
Burst duration to 1.5/2 from 1. Burst duration multiplier to .5 at long range. From what? .8?
Minimum range to 0 from 8, close range accuracy increased to .7 from .618 to compensate.
Repair Mode had an -.25 manpower income modifier, removed.
Repair Mode will no longer allow healing while in combat, as is standard. This should fix some animation issues.

Hohei/Kohei rifle close-range accuracy increased by 4.5% (.848 from .812, or .823 from .788 with 7.7mm rifles) in compensation for their minimum range being dropped to 0 from 8. Now equal to Fire Support rifles at range 0.
Forward Battalion Officer guards and Raiders now use the Fire Support Type 99 instead of an Obersoldaten rifle copy. DPS is reduced by 35%.
Type 11 moving accuracy decreased to x.67 from .81, cooldown to x2. Moving dps is 20% of standing, from 32%.

Population:
Hohei to 8 from 7.
Strike officer to 6 from 7.
Mortar to 5 from 6.
CRT to 0 from 3. Drains 6mp/minute while on the field, equivalent to 4 population.

Tech/building costs:
Starting manpower to 340 from 360, fuel reverted to 15 from 20.
T4 fuel cost to 70 from 65.
Field Infirmary mp cost to 100 from 50.
Airdropped infirmary cost to 120/10 from 75/15.

Repair rework:
Critical Repair Engineer repair speed to 4 hp/s from 3.2.
Hohei building repair veterancy bonus lowered to .9 from 1. Moved to vet 3 from vet 2, matching Kohei.
Kohei repair lowered to 1.4 from 1.6. Vet 3 bonus to .6 from .5. +1 repair speed for buildings.
Construction Team building repair rate to 2.4 from 2.1.

Emplaced Weapons now gives Mainland Veteran Squads and Fire Support Teams the Building Repair ability at 3 hp/s. Requires Tier 4.
Also improves construction speeds for Hohei Squads by 1.25x and Fire Support Teams by 1.5x. Requires 2 of T1, T2, or 7.7mm.
SNLF/Mainland Vet:
No longer use moving LMGs, cost to 60mu from 90.
‘Bolstered Squad’ renamed from ‘Assault Specialization’, time to 30 from 21s. Mainland Vet version now gives a 6th man instead of damage reduction, like SNLF.
‘Type 99 Light Machine Guns’ renamed from ‘Fire Support Specialization’
Cover bonus to .8836x RA from .93x. -5% RA bonus removed from SNLF vet 1 and Mainland vet 4.
Building Repair is now unlocked with Tier 4 rather than vet 1. Mainland Vet receives no extra damage while repairing at vet 4.
SNLF rifle grenade normalized with type 99 grenade: Radius to 4 from 3. Far to 3 from 2.25, mid to 2 from 1.5. 1.25s detonate delay added. Speed to 12 from 7.
‘Battle Healing’ renamed from ‘Bloodlust’. Healing per shot from to 12 from 5 for Type 38, 4 from 2 for Type 11. Accuracy to .8x from 1.2x, received accuracy penalty to 1.25x from 1.35. Now usable inside buildings. Cost to 20 from 25. Icon changed to ‘heal’ from ‘attack buff’.
SNLF are now using the Assault Guards model instead of Commandos.
Dispatch voicelines improved.

Chi-Ha 120mm range to 40 from 35.

320mm Mortar Strike:
Updated to give it a more distinct role, focused on suppression and area denial.
Fires 5 shells, from 3.
Damage to 440 from 960. Infantry gib critical removed, crew shocked critical added. Suppression radius to 22 from 18.
Radius to 24 from 20. Scatter to 6 from 1.5. Distance_scatter_max to 15 from 5. UI radius to 25 from 20.
Delay to 3s from 8, time between shells to 5.5-7 from 12. Projectile speed to 10 from 15.
Recharge time to 80s from 60.
Fx to avre mortar. Model set to aircraft bomb from railway shell, voiceline changed.

Conscript models (Mainland Vet, weapon crews) changed to the sergeant skin.

Abandoned vehicle text improved.
Voicelines improved for Shipping Priority, Type 4 Rocket Barrage

File updates:
Type 100 Flamethrower now has its own dropped weapon rather than dropping the M2 flamethrower. Minesweeper upgrades for other factions have been updated to recognize it.
Type 91 Howitzer fully removed.
243 unneeded text strings removed.
Locstring values updated for compatibility with future mod projects!

This is the largest patch to date, with a focus on cleaning up the mod's design and files.

Highlights include:
New upgrade, Zealous Defense. Infantry gain RA when squads lose members, and team weapons gain a 5th crewman
7.7mm upgrade works on team weapons, improves moving cooldown
Infantry weapon dps curves adjusted: Hohei are better at mid-range, worse at long
New ability for Chi-Ha Kai and AT Gun
Gyokusai units have a looser formation to help against AoE weapons
Improved doctrinal units: Kohei, Ka-Mi, Chi-Ha 120mm
FX improvements, bugfixes
AI now builds Field Infirmaries

Destroyed HQ Kohei call-in now works for all doctrines. Thanks to 没领结,的兔w for the bug report!

Kohei are now affected by more doctrinal abilities, such as Ambush Tactics and Suicide Explosives. For the Emperor death refund added. Can build Radio Posts, Heavy MG Bunkers, Weapon Racks. Senninbari was not added yet- upgrades might be redesigned.

Type 1 47mm AT Gun to T2 from HQ. Requirement for 2 buildings removed.
Gyokusai and Critical Repair Team build icons moved. 14 and 11 from 31.
T1 and T2 passive icons now appear after construction.

(Test Change) Field Infirmary now has its own building tab.
Fire Support Team vet 3 bonus to 20% accuracy, -23% received accuracy from 25 and -15. Accuracy nerf applies to AT Support.

Fuel shortage moved to after 2nd tech.
Ambush accuracy bonus to 25% from 50 for all units except Raider Group, Mainland Veteran Squad, FBC, and LFC.
Ambush cooldown bonus now correctly applies to Infiltrators. Final Assault Squad ambush brought up to date, though they have no camo.
Field Infirmary size to 2 from 18. Weapon priority to -20 from -80. Building is no longer treated as a squad to fix its missing health and construction bars.
Log Spike Fence moved to Fire Support Teams from Hohei Squads. Once again provide heavy cover, from light. Build time to 24s from 30.
Fire Support Teams can now build Radio Posts.
Type 92 MG Manual Reload added, hacked from vanilla game files.
Type 3 Chi-Nu now properly requires T4. Thanks to FunnyFruit for the report!
Type 2 Ke-Nu Vehicle Priority fixed.
Type 1 AT Gun description updated. Both AT Guns now start with Vehicle Priority active. This was much harder to get working than it should have been because the editor STILL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED.
