-Because apparently user selectable load order doesn't matter to HOI4. I have reimplemented the old overdrive system with some knowledge gained by helping to debug MTG Expanded.
-Added ASW deck for carrier because carriers should be dangers to submarines as those are what were used to fill the Atlantic gap.
-Gave Germany access to similar Battlecarrier design if they decide to play nice with the Netherlands.
-Added hybrid ship designs in case any ai gets the appropriate flags.

-New flight deck sprites for cruisers and battleships
-Fixed vanilla MtG module sprites clipping through other modules (No more superfiring barrels being inside of the turret in front of it)
