Build 2.06 notes

- Fixed display bug where, if there was a Souvenir on the bomb, the Buzz module would appear on the input display.
- This doesn't mean the module has Souvenir support, but rather that part of the code's there for future use.

Build 2.05 notes:

- Fixed a bug where the module wouldn't strike if you repeated a Fizz position during a Fizzbuzz number.
- Slight logging improvements.
- I'm here, in the notes for a KTaNE module.

Build 2.04 notes:

- The Code changed its divide-y numbers, and because they are incompatible with how this module is written, I've replaced it with Cheap Checkout. This means MANUAL REPRINT REQUIRED
- Displays clear on solve when a Souvenir is present. This module doesn't have Souvenir support (yet?) but, you know, it could if I get around to writing it.

Build 2.03 notes:

- Fixed a bug which screws things up when a possible Fizz answer is longer than the defuser's input during a FizzBuzz stage. (eg, The defuser enters a two-digit number in stage 90 when the Fizz module is Laundry)

Build 2.02 notes:

- Log fix, now getting a Buzz stage wrong will now tell you in the log what module Buzz was.

Build 2.01 notes:

- Fixed a bug where failing to enter an answer in time would not show you the first stage of the new run.

Build 2.00 notes:

- Rule breaking change! Only 10 stages are required for a solve now, but the module now starts at a randomly determined number.

-Added 'typeenter' command to Twitch Plays, which allows typing and entering with one command.
