Made Skill Books drop on zeds to compensate for single player old map distribution

Fixed a typo in distributions where it was causing a stack trace.

Major update:

Skill books are now needed, SHTF Manual 1,2, and 3. These manuals are populated around the world. Once learned they can be crafted easily.

Skill levels are now needed to craft items Metalworking + Cooking.

Can now cut up corpses into Zed Patties. A decent food product with a surprise.

(Behind the scenes, files are now sorted a bit instead of being in just one giant mess)

You should now gain metalworking experience correctly on a few items. (Thank you pgames-food for the error)
Disinfectant bottles when emptied no longer disappear but become "empty bottles" to be used as water bottles. (has nothing to do with the mod in general but very useful.)

Forgot to make it where any lightbulb could be used, whoops.

Added Glass Drops, Glass Ingot, and the ability to melt down glass items into afformentioned items. Thank you eris for the Idea/s!! <3
