Made the Eyes not solve simultaneously, as that interfered with most of the Boss Modules. Now you have to press each Eye separately to solve them after they're in their desired states.
Fixed some inconsistencies in the manual.
Manual reprint required.

Fixed a bug that made some Turquoise Eyes think they were a bit too lonely, resulting in them sometimes desiring a wrong state. Kudos to draket333 for noticing that!
