Tiny positioning tweaks

-Reorganized player area to allow more space

-Tweaked the size of casino and riser tiles

-Made Player Score chips same size as money chips

-Tweaked the Lay-OFF image

-Changed Player score token to custom chip for each player
-Added spending plate to help the active player keep track of money spent on actions
-Added double-sided disc for each player to state if a gamble roll will be Lay-OFF or normal

-Changed snap rotation for buildings to all be the same.
