I don't know what's going on with tiles showing up when they're not supposed to, it's inconsistent. But hey, here's an updated Timing is Everything icon.

- Manual Update, because I don't remember the last time I updated the PDF
- Icons have been updated to match repo-counterparts. These are minor changes and shouldn't make the modules not recognizable using old versions of the manual.
- Logging has been fixed for Colour Flash. Please try to keep in mind that the HTML manual and LFA support rely on the status of the repo while changes are made to icons Module Maze uses.
