Updated mass of p3d and changed to newer flight values.

Changed some flight coefficients in the configs to address the twitchy flight model. If this doesn't work I'm going to have to make some concessions on model size I think.

Made change to overall model weight to check for flight adjustments.

Forgot to sign the mod; should be properly signed now for multiplayer use.

First public release of Black Hornet Drone mod.

Intial upload for testing; no server key added at this time.
