- fixed bug where you could still hear sounds and get camera shake if you died during storm and respawned after it's end.

- fixed bug where grass could block bullets.
- reduced storm sound volume from 0.5 to 0.35.
- fixed server not running any sounds.
- fixed sound just disappearing after storm ends instead of fading away.
