Updated SBS SCARAB Mk.I Submersible (WIP).

- Added Small Electrical "Pulse" Engines that move the Ship Forward and Backward. They are separate from the Main Drive which uses Medium Electrical Engines with Large Scews and are tied to a Sticky Throttle. The Pulse Engines are Small Electrical Engines tied to Small Props that reset once you left your finger from the key. They can be used for fine position forward and backwards

- Added a pivoting sensor bar in the front of the ship. Previously Max Depth and Depth Beneath hull used a stationary Distance Sensor on the bottom of the ship. The problem with that is that when the ship pitched the distance would be skewed by the pitch. I was original going to use the math functions and the pitch of the ship value to do the correction but opted to go with a rotating bar as I may attach some additional items to it in the future.
