-Reduced chance of armor pieces appearing on NPCs.
-Readded the previous leather boots, and changed the retexture to a new pair of boots under the name "Leather Boots Beta"
-Lowered chance of the armor pieces appearing in shops a little bit.

-Removed dex buff on leather boots as well as lowered defense by 1% blunt and 2% cut.
-Cleaned up the textures a tiny bit.
-Retextured the boots, as they felt a little too plain.

-Added armors to the correct crafting building/smithy/bench so armors should now be craftable if you purchased and used a blueprint.
-Skeletons can no longer wear tights. There was terrible clipping so I just removed the option.
