updated to overwrite the vanilla file "04_ringworld_districts" so conversion works properly because paradox broke the way i was doing it before that allowed me to do it without overwriting vanilla files.

Added files for Planetary Diversity Addon
Fixed Machine Ring Plantoid issue (the whole thing was set to use machine textures not just the surface)
Fixed Hive Ring issue (hive rings had no files. Guess no one uses these then)
