* Fixed fake gravity gun props making NPCs and Players holding gravity guns stuck when a Confiscation Field supercharges gravity guns.
* Better code to handle player ragdoll color.

* Fixed weak, technically 0 health but still alive Nextbots unable to be grabbed by cone detection.

* Fixed various big multiplayer bugs like glow effects not working, include errors, etc.
The gun is now working mostly properly in multiplayer.

* Fixed an oopsie with scgg_enabled 2 not ever being set with scgg_allow_enablecvar_modify and scgg_vanilla_disable both set to 1, completely breaking automatic supercharging from maps.
