Reload time reverted. The 5% was too good that it trivialized the use rifles, which is bad considering secondary weapons get infinite ammo

Increased the range of the weapon so that the additional accuracy makes sense, but can only reach as far as 75% of the range of a sniper rifle. This is so that the revolver does not trivialize sniper rifles (aside from having longer reload time and lower spread recovery, especially while scoped).

Increased weapon kick by 50%

reduced total reload time by 5%
