Tweaked balance and changed everything to match 3.2
Disabled the Dark Matter plant and Nanite plants, might reeanble them in the future.

Changed some building names, this would cause inconsistent naming between languages so I scrapped most of the translations I had been given, anyone interesting in providing translations add me on discord @Thane-Stus#0893 or here on steam.
