tiny update
stunts default had some things i was testing , corrected.

new car - indycar 1990
has several parts options and engines
custom ai for road and oval tracks

some updates to track textures.

the first hot fix caused the mod tracks to crash the game on loading , fixed by editing and saving the tcat files.
tarmac acting as offroad, fixed by recompiling each track.

removed vehicles that were not meant to be available yet.

changes to stunts default, check point flags.

this update fixes a conflict with tve's track pack. i removed my surfaces list file.
the game overwrites the surfaces list file with the last mod in the list, even the games builtin one.
so tvesand can't be found (or any other custom surface ) as it doesn't exist in my mod.
any mod loaded after tve's (or any mod with a custom surface list file) that also has a custom surface list file will
result in similar errors.

with the way the game currently handles this file, only one loaded mod should alter it.
