New Feature:
- Scratching the surface on tail prosthetics! (Only about 6 months overdue on this one)

- Added an industrial-tier Slither tail prosthetic:
-- Crafted at a Machining Table.
-- Recipe: 40 steel, 4 components.
-- Requires Prosthetic research.
-- Minimum Crafting skill of 5.
-- Can be installed on a Slither through surgery with a minimum Medical skill of 3. Cannot be installed on other races.
-- 85% efficiency.
-- In summary: equivalent to a prosthetic leg, except that it's a tail, of course.

- No other prosthetics (such as bionics) yet, nor support for any other mods. Taking this one step at a time; more to come eventually™.

Bug Fix:
- Fixed tails layering over the body while facing north, hopefully.

Bug Fix:
- I've learned that including the vanilla body images with my mods was completely redundant. Oops! Slithers should now respect any mods you have that change the appearance of Human pawn bodies - or, if not, this update will at least save you about 50 KB of hard drive space.

- Medieval Times support! If Medieval Times is enabled, Slithers will now appear among raids, trade caravans, and settlements from Medieval Times factions.

Balance:
- Reduced chance that starting pawns are Slithers from 20% to 15%. This brings it a little closer to other race mods (most are 10%), making it less likely for someone with many race mods to completely eclipse humanity. Slaves, Wanderers, and Refugees are unchanged as they were already (unintentionally) at 15% to begin with.
