Arrested Development Vanilla is -1000% XP gain.
Corrupt Vanilla is +25 crime. Should help the AI avoid planetary management strokes.
Paranoid Vanilla is -5% research and -10% anomaly research speed.
Substance abuser Vanilla leaders died 20 years earlier.
Lethargic Used to give the commanded fleet -5% evasion and -10% speed.
