Used ARK Fiber base on accident, now using the correct base, so all fiber bases can craft this item.

*NOTE*

Have not had a chance to test all fog on the servers, but I have verified it works with Exponential height and Atmospheric fog. Weather fog may still persist as removing the matinee actors controlling it would actually corrupt your server :) So i won't do that!

Base material costs changed from 1x Bark to 1x Fiber, due to annoyance.

*FIXED*

Base of Fog Remover height has been adjusted.

*NOTE*
