- Removed overlays that don't work as intended as soon as the halo effect renders (Brighten, Horizontal Blur, and Vertical Blur).

- Removed a ton of useless overlays.
- Removed most whitespaces in the Lua file.
~ Renamed Lua file to reduce chances of any rare addon conflicts.
~ Fixed any possible overlays not working.
~ Hopefully fixed any possible overlays not showing up at all.
~ Renamed some overlays.
~ Sorted lines by overlay name alphabetically in the Lua file.
