All slave shops are vendors who now sell prisoner shackles

After purchasing slaves you can now recruit them into your party through dialogue. They can either be paid to join you or convinced by chance through a dialogue option you can repeat every 20 in game minutes.

Added mercenaries, recruits, and a chance of thieves spawning in at slaver farm bars.
