Re-implemented my changes mentioned previously because I used the wrong Xcom dev kit. As a consequence, the mod did not work with WOTC. It should work for both versions of the game now.

Fixed tags. They are now working properly. Turns out Modbuddy has a bug that prevents tags from uploading. Alternative mod uploader was used to circumvent this issue.
