Updated Bobcat Mk.III - Fast Response. Renamed vehicle from "Bobcat Mk.II Fast Response" to "Bobcat Mk.III - Fast Response".

1. New wedges.
2. Updated bridge console.
3. Updated radar.
4. Updated winches & anchor.
5. Added radio.
6. Added forward IR HUD and rear camera.
7. Extensive design rework.

1. Propulsion for the Bobcat Mk.II has been changed back to azimuth thrusters (couldn't get fluid jets to work).
2. Added map-to-screen monitor.
3. Added heater.
4. Changed gearbox ratio and added gearbox to upright motor (should work again).
5. Solar panels for battery charging.
