Update: Fixed an issue with the UA. Added a Spanish version.

- Removed the Republiquetas, Libertadores build Citadels as Great Generals.
- Libertadores generate a combat bonus boost against cities when next to a city, like Assyrian Siege Towers.
- The cost for upgrading Great People to Libertadores has been slightly increased. Upgraded Libertadores may not build Citadels.
- Llaneros transfer movement to Great Generals, but lose the experience bonus. Also, receive a higher combat bonus on Open Terrain.
- Changed the Map image. Also, did minor changes to the war music, it is reccommended to install music again.
