Removed battle limit on transform. Reduced beast form enemy DMG reduction. Rage stress DMG reduced, and now a 75% chance down from 100%. Slam now usable in rank 1.

Crusader:
Fixed Bulwark of Faith PROT buff having duration of 2. Per battle use limit for Bulwark of Faith increased to 2. Torch increase lowered to 12.

Occultist:
Sacrificial Stab: ACC increased by 5 at all ranks, DMG decreased to 0%, torch lower reduced to 5.
Abyssal Artillery: DMG decreased to -15%, torch lower reduced to 7.
Hands from the Abyss: ACC decreased by 5 at all ranks, torch lower reduced to 9.

Localization fix for some people experiencing an issue with Crusader's Inspiring Cry tooltip.

Hellion's breakthrough can now be used from position 1 again, and moves 2 spaces forward up from 1. Plague Doctor can now move in combat (oops). Crusader and Houndmaster now have proper Riposte animations.

Fixed an issue with the Vestal where her Illumination ability applied the heal amount buff several times
