- Added scripted Endurance bar. To add a black cube left click an empty space, to add a red cube right click and to remove cubes click on them.

- Added spawn buttons for every hero board

- Added the spawn script to ember cards, so you can easely spawn ember tokens

All Encounter cards, Boss cards, Ally, Invader and Mimic cards are scripted and have a small button on the top right corner.
